I am completely fascinated by merged film photos! For a start, they look so beautiful. I often think photography, especially amateur photography, is discounted as art. But who couldn't say these photos are inspiring? When you're trying to deliberately merge two photos the results can be disastrous and it is often when the products are not deliberate they are perfect. I once got a merged photo from a disposable camera which was pretty exciting (I may post it in the future). I think to get a really good effect, you ought to use a film camera. I have always and will always prefer film to digital; it is softer, romantic and so much more intimate than, for instance, a photo of a flower taken with a digital camera. I really can't stand photos like that. (please click the photos for credit and to find out more about the people who took them, thank you)
